We are a non-profit, independent living facility for eligible individuals aged 59 years and older. Our 2 buildings are linked together and house 323 units, in a mature and desirable neighbourhood in Toronto (formerly central Etobicoke).

Each rental suite contains a separate bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom at an affordable cost.

We are close to local plazas serviced by a regular TTC Community Bus.

In a recent survey, over 90% of our residents reported they were satisfied or very satisfied with their apartments.  Visitors comment on our attractive buildings because we have on-site staff who constantly clean.
