There are no services that come along with apartment rental. However, Richview Community Care Services Corporation, a separately managed organization that operates on site, provides essential support services to eligible residents who must first complete a needs assessment. Even if residents are assessed as being eligible for the program, services will only be provided if there is capacity within the program.
