Please note – our waitlists for both buildings are open to applicants who do not have a vehicle and will not be parking a vehicle on site. Applicants must choose which building to apply to and cannot apply to be on the waitlist for both buildings.

Standard One Bedroom: $ 1,429

Junior One Bedroom(Clement Building only)$ 1,314

Larger One Bedroom(Kipling Building only) $ 1,475

Two Bedroom: $1,958

Please note – There is currently no available on site parking for those applicants with vehicles.

Application Process for Rent Geared to Income

Rent Geared to Income Assistance is available through Housing Connections Inc. for applications to the Kipling Building. Applications for Rent Geared to Income residency must be made directly through “Access to Housing”.
